What kind of events do you cater to?

We cater to every indoor or outdoor events from intimate house gatherings to large-scale celebrations like grand weddings. Chaiwale is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate events, birthdays, sangeets, haldi ceremonies, and more.

Do you only cater to Indian events?

Not at all! While our chai is deeply rooted in Indian tradition, the experience we create is universal. We’re proud to serve at events of all cultures and backgrounds—bringing people together through warmth, and hospitality. In fact, having Chaiwale at your event adds a unique, memorable touch that beautifully complements any celebration.

Do you travel outside of North Carolina?

Yes! We’re based in North Carolina but are happy to travel to surrounding states. Travel fees may apply based on distance, but we’ll walk you through all of that during the booking process.

How far in advance should we book you for an event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for wedding weekends and peak seasons. Ideally, 2–3 months in advance, but feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do you require a minimum guest count or event size?

There’s no strict minimum, but our packages are designed to suit events with atleast 30 guests or more. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, we are happy to discuss your needs and how we can accommodate.

How much does it cost to book Chaiwale?

Do you offer tastings or consultations before booking?

Yes, we offer tastings by appointment. If you're interested, fill out our contact form and we'll contact you as soon as we can to schedule a consultation call/tasting.

What can I expect during the booking process?

Booking Chaiwale is simple and personal. First, you'll fill out a quick inquiry form with your event details by clicking here. We'll then schedule an intro call followed by an optional chai tasting to walk you through options and flavors. Once you're ready, we’ll send over a contract to secure your date. From there, you can relax—we’ll take care of everything and show up on the day ready to serve chai with love and care.
